Kell Painting and Decorating does a great job every time. They are prompt, professional and have fair pricing. They are very busy so book ahead. Its worth the wait!
Called to request service, and a very nice woman said he'd call when he returned to the office to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Never heard from them again.
