We used Kelgraphics for a small fundraiser in a social group I am in. We worked with Jasmine, who was fabulous to work with. She did her very best to remedy all issues. If I were evaluating Jasmine, she'd get 5 stars. But this review is for Kelgraphics as a whole. I was incredibly frustrated and angry with my experience using this company. I ordered through a school fundraiser, but one item I purchased was back ordered and the company withheld the fundraiser funds. They later denied ever agreeing to the fundraiser — even though it was advertised on their site and we used them the year before. It took over six months and multiple follow-ups to finally get a refund along with the fundraising money, and that only happened after we threatened to file a consumer complaint. Vendor became unresponsive. We ran a fundraising event with them 6 months ago. It look us whole 6 months to constantly get to them with the General counsel service/ consumer complaints involved to get our money from the event. Our students have not received the refund for the missing items yet. This review is much shorter than the frustration we had to go through for how they decided to get away with their customer money and became a scam.
We wanted to try someone new for this baseball season for our team and will be going somewhere else for next season and will not recommend for other teams. Shirts look great except for one we havent received yet. unfortunately didnt make up for the lack of communication and them not answering phones or emails.
Got some shirts and hats , everything was perfect.
