I serve on a subcommittee of our HOA Board and noticed that several neighbors had used this company before. Easy to work with and very professional. Great communication. Workers were courteous and efficient.
Can't think of a way to improve the experience. Joe is knowledgeable about the whole area, very pleasant, kind, understanding, terrific customer service for everyone involved, prices competitive/appropriate for the work done, won't nickel and dime you. Terrific all around.
This is our third, yes, third time hiring Kelemer Brothers to replace windows at our primary residence, and every time has been an outstanding experience. Joe took time to listen to our needs, personally arrived few times to ensure the work was done right, and even came in to do a final walkthrough when the job was completed.
