Dealing with the Kelemen company is by far the worst experience I have ever had as a business owner. Not only did they randomly spike the rates of our utilities during a pandemic (in which the offices were UNUSED), upon move out and post inspection they continued to draw money from our business account and will not answer their phones. 2 months post move out, they have charged us 20% more than the rent under contract, and have not returned our security deposit.
