The office has been no help and Dr. Goldstein hasn’t joined to the Tele health visit now for 3 days. I’ve been waiting each day for 30 mins and calling them while I wait for Dr. Goldstein to join and the office says the doctor is behind. This is extremely frustrating and I’ve been taking out of my time to wait. I don’t even get a call from anyone to let me know what’s going on. The office used to be on point and no longer is a good place to go to. Very disappointed with their service, well non service.

Dealing with this doctor's office is a nightmare. Not the doctor himself but the incompetent staff do not care about the patient. Calling there is pure stress, they are out of touch, no compassion for the patients. I am a 72 year old healthy women with good bone density. I had an accidental fall concluding with hip fracture. Emergency paramedics brought me to JFK in Lake Worth Beach where I was taken good care of by the staff. I feel fortunate to have been appoined Dr. Salvador Forte as my hip replacement surgeon. Dr. Harruna is a wonderful doctor both from personal and technical perspectives. He treated me after a completely unexpectedly poor set of blood pressure, pulse and ECG readings at a cataract surgery prep. I was lucky enough to see him within a week as I had never seen a cardiologist in my 78 years. He reviewed the data and immediately booked me for an Echocardiogram. I went to Peter Sarantos for a routine inguinal hernia surgery. Dr Sarantos cut my blood vessels during the surgery on the right groin area. Dr Sarantos and his PA Cynthia Anders deliberately kept the surgical error secret. They also told me a BS version of the surgery. They betrayed my trust and lied to me. 8 hours after I was discharged the blood vessels ruptured at home and I nearly bled to death on my bedroom floor. If I could give a zero I would. My story is this. My wife was diagnosed with Covid this morning. She called for her doctor to please prescribe meds for her. That was about 10am. At 2pm she called again. They said the doctor had not sent anything in. At 4:30 I called. The nurse confirmed that no prescription was turned in and it could take three days before a prescription could get called. This is unacceptable. My suffering with Covid and we get this response. I’ll call management in the am.
