This man is a Real Estate agent?!?! My wife and I rented a one bedroom apartment from him; the pictures in the ad looked great, looking back I think they were the original pictures of when he bought the place! We filled out some paperwork and he said he'd call us if everything looked good. He called us and said if we wanted the place it was ours. Don't go near this realtor. We brought him in as our selling agent, and he surveyed our property-inside and out-in what we thought was him accessing for condition and value. A few days after he cased our house, he informed us that our ocean front property with arguably the best views in Kittery was worth 500K below what our current offer is.
