NOT good. I never got it for a funeral. I called and personally talked to Dedra. She promised I would get it by the funeral. The day before I was to get it, I got an email that said I was not going to get it and thanks for understanding. Not even a personal phone call. I reached out . . . nothing. I still don't have it 3 days later. They didn't even call and then just thanked me for me being OK with not having it . . . who does that. Excellent customer service and wide variety of products. If I am ever in need of an item I know it's a call away. The line of liquid foundations, and cream based concealers are my preferred products.

We have had a relationship with Kelco Supply Co. for many years. The team at Kelco is always conscientious not only to time, but detail as well. From phone call inquiries to ordering, we have never had an issue with lack of communication or knowledge. The leadership of this company is very involved with our industry both in educational and financial support, and they have created a team that makes us, the consumer, understand that Kelco can handle our every need.
