Great customer service with an excellent product offering!
I really give Kelco four and a half Stars only because I used Kelco jaundice embalming fluid for the first time this past Friday and used strictly the jaundice fluid and still had the body turn green. I would love to discuss it further with some of the scientists or or technical people that manufacture the fluid because there is a possibility that I could have done something wrong. The customer service representatives are friendly and helpful. They will return the phone call in order to supply accurate information or pricing. Speaking of their prices I find Kelco to be very competitive. The company's CEO is often at the industry's conventions. She is a great listener and always responds to the customer's needs.
