Yet another awful organization that only pretends to care about autistic people.
I hate to do this, because the man who did the evaluation was so kind to my daughter, but it's been three months and I never received my daughter's report for her level of autism. Whenever I call (three times that I was actually able to get through) I am told how sorry they are and they are sending it out that day, here I am three months later, still waiting. Our son was on the waitlist for services shortly after Kelberman established a presence in Utica. Although we were said to be near the top of the waitlist, we never got services even 18 months later. Part of the problem is that Kelberman didn't have a mechanism to bill Medicaid. Moreover, we had out-of-state health insurance through an employer for some of the 18 months, and that insurance excluded coverage for ABA services.
