Unsure how this catering firm became the excusive caterer of the Minneapolis Convention Center, however, their food and service is disappointing to say the least. Our organization found them over-priced, difficult to work with, and non responsive to special requests. Would warn others to exercise caution before engaging with this firm. Will not return to the Minneapolis Convention Center because of our poor experience with them.

If I wanted a side of snark with my meal, I would have gone to McDonald's. Complaining about not getting a tip for LITERALLY just taking someone's order is just incredibly pathetic and rude. The food is already overpriced, not to mention mediocre at best. There's no need to have an attitude on top of everything else. If you don't want to work there, then why bother even showing up?
