Love it . but needs better maintenance of the property. Sucki managing . retired lawyer that only sees their side. Hopefully they understand. Not everyone rents the same way. I have ocd problems. Roach poop eggs none painted when i got it. Good price so i painted myself. Claim i replaced a good lock so its35 per key. The slum lords of Salisbury. I just seen them sue a woman for 13,000$ for a house that wasn’t even worth 1,000. They said it was her cabinets lol🤣😂. They told another woman she couldn’t get her security deposit back. Because of a 75 dollar carpet 🤦🏾♂️ I wouldn’t rent from them
Stay away from this company. I promise you will regret if you rent from this company.
