I started using Kel-Tren 18 years ago when I moved to the area and have been happy through the entire time. Any time there's been a problem Tom's response has been quick and effective. I recommend him & his company highly.
Tom was great. He came when he said he would and has always been there when we needed him. We've suffered wtih hard water for 15 years. I can't believe we waited so long to get a softener. He added a carbon filter, too, and now the tap water tastes better then the bottled water we were buying. I highly recommend this company.
