We were delighted to find a local, small company. The scheduler was terrific -- found a good time for service. Chad was terrific, too -- looked things over carefully and answered our questions. Manny from KelAire was outstanding. He showed respect for my home by wearing booties, which most tradespeople don’t even think to do. He carefully inspected my ductwork for rodent damage and gave me honest feedback, including temporary and DIY for immediate fixes to contain the issue. His integrity, honesty, and customer-first approach really stood out. I’ll absolutely use him again and highly recommend him and Kel-Aire for anyone needing trustworthy service.
