I'm happy to add my name to the list of satisfied customers! We had not had our HVAC looked at for... well, a long time. It is working well and we want to keep it that way. We were delighted to find a local, small company. The scheduler was terrific -- found a good time for service. Chad was terrific, too -- looked things over carefully and answered our questions. We'll have them back out next year.
Manny from KelAire was outstanding. He showed respect for my home by wearing booties, which most tradespeople don’t even think to do. He carefully inspected my ductwork for rodent damage and gave me honest feedback, including temporary and DIY for immediate fixes to contain the issue. His integrity, honesty, and customer-first approach really stood out. I’ll absolutely use him again and highly recommend him and Kel-Aire for anyone needing trustworthy service.

Look no further if you have any furnace/AC issues or need maintenance. Great people to deal with, honest and knowledgeable. Matt was beyond helpful in troubleshooting and identifying our furnace issue. Mia worked with Carrier directly to get parts under warranty. Overall, I'm grateful every time I turn the heater on and thanking Kel Aire for keeping us comfortable during this cold winter. Thank you for everything!
