I am shocked at how bad the service was today. I get mother’s day is a busy day, but we weren’t even upset about waiting for take out. Mya came to tell a group of waiting customers - completely unprompted mind you - that their priority was only the in-house customers, not the to-go orders. When one guy asked why they took online orders in the first place, she responded that “you can cancel your orders then” before she walked away while another guy was demanding for her name. We just had the WORST experience at this kekes. The hostess was NASTYYYYY so so so rude. Made the mothers day experience AWFUL. now the waitress, she was wonderful. But the 2 witches doing the hosting were the rudest people I've ever met. Rolling eyes and treating elders with disrespect. The waitress, Alisha was so amazing and if we DO come back, we will absolutely be asking for her.
MYA, the “Manager of Operations,” gave us some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced on Mother’s Day. Her attitude was beyond rude and completely unprofessional. Well, I don’t usually take the time to write these things, but this visit was worth mentioning. Came in for breakfast over the weekend and had the pleasure of being served by Livy. Such a kind and well-mannered young lady, she kept our coffee cups full and made sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. On a later-morning visit ordered the cheeseburger and fries and was genuinely impressed. Burger was juicy and grilled the way I requested, fries were hot and crispy. This is a place that does breakfast and lunch right.
