Keizer True Value Excellent service, exceptional staff!! There is something to be said for customer service. Friendly owners, good location. This store is an asset to the Keizer community.
Friendly store When I have a project to do that I need some help or advice on I like going to this True Value Hardware. They have a good selection of products. The people working there are always friendly, curteous and professional. You are going to pay more than at a Home Depot or a Lowes, but the customer service here is so much better.
Old Fashioned service The selection isn't huge, but the service is great. It makes me think of old fashioned hardware stores... even has a dog running around some days! The people are friendly and I have always found what I needed.
great employees It is wonderful to be greeted by clerks with a smile and who are helpful and knowledgeable! This store has a great selection and is a great asset to Keizer! I've had returns and exchanges and never a hassle!
