the lady on the phone was not nice to deal with, when trying to find a snowblower belt, i had the exact part numbers and lengths but she insisted she needed a bunch of really specific info, so after giving it to her she said it was wrong and told me she couldn't help and hung up. i called a competitor with the same info and they had the right belt in 2 minutes.

Ignorant. Belligerent and absolutely refused to allow me to return an over priced part that was wrong part. The pricing is 40-60% higher then at other stores. Don't bother shopping here. They should've retired 10 years ago.. Hours are terrible. Attitudes are worse. Don't bother spending your money here
