1/13/22 Keiths crew put in 10 Drift rose bushes on the perimeter of my house. I have sandy soil, so they were to add 1/2 bag of top soil per bush. They only did that for the first 3 bushes put in. I didn't notice until the bushes had already been put in that 3 of the 5 bags of top soil were not used and told the one worker. He took the remaining soil and pounded it in around the base of the remaining bushes with his fists.
