Excellent and knowledgeable staff. I never even think of wasting my time looking around. I walk in, ask for help, and boom, instantly I have what I need. Try doing that at a big box store. I also had a great experience getting my dinosaur sculpture repaired. It needed a bit of welding, and this was done at Keith's in less than 48 hours. Support this business. 10 out of 5 stars because they go the extra mile.
They have everything you could possibly need IN STOCK!! Knowledgeable people can point you in the right direction, and they know their way around anything home improvement related and can advise you on what you really need. And, they let you know there is no “silly question.” (Bless their patience ❤️).
I took my locks in to be re-keyed. Two deadbolts and three doorknobs. They told me it would be 2-3 hours and they were unsure about how to re-key the brand of one of my locks. They called less than hour later with all my locks rekeyed. They had even made the copies I asked for. They provided excellent service and I definitely suggest checking them out!
I am constantly amazed by the knowledge and inventory at this charming little old fashioned hardware store! I'll think... surely they won't have ________, and... they do! Competitive prices, old school knowledge and friendly service. It's a business that needs to stay alive as big box stores like Home Depot and Lowe's are putting so many out of business.
