If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service and no professionalism what-so-ever. Do yourself a a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
We've used Keith's for years with great results but this last visit not so. Car needed more work for things that worked fine before the repair. This would never have happened if Keith was still around. With great disappointment I have to say we will not be doing business with them any longer. Today the mistake was rectified and I am happy to say that Keith's prides itself on good customer service and I have witnessed that. Thank you Keith's for correcting the mistake.
Would never ever do business here ever again who pays 900 for a tune up and leave same day car still not working not to mention left car numerous time to still not be working if you VALUE YOUR CAR you would take it to a PROFESSIONAL SHOP they are a rip off my car is still broken and i have to find some one to go over their work and get my car fix NEVER EVER AGAIN I will be filing a complaint to BBB in regards to this matter
Best service hands down. The folks at Keith's are fantastic. Love this place.
