Until my experience with Keith, I never understood why brokers get such a large percentage of the sale price. In a word, the sale would not have happened without Keith. In the beginning he sent me so many curated options and spent so long with me touring. He made it so fun. Keith Williams recently assisted us in selling our home in Shinnecock Hills. I wasn’t expecting it to go as well as it did because the house was a “fixer upper “or “ teardown”. Not only did the Sale go a lot faster than we expected but also at a price we were all satisfied with.
