We worked with Keith Taylor selling our house and purchasing our new home. He was the best. Made both transactions easy.
When I messaged Keith and asked to view one of his listings, he insisted for proof of funds before viewing. I’ve never had an agent as for proof of funds to view a home. I’ve met over 150 agents since August, and not one wanted proof of funds to view a home. When I explained to him this wasn’t common practice, he replied that “any good agents vet potential buyers, and I’m not wasting my time with an unqualified buyer’”. I have realized the the integrity of a a true professional and his "Team" Took me into knowing I could trust Keith ! He has went well over and beyond to make sure I found a house and looked outside of the box and landed me one when I wasn't looking .
