outrageous, you make an app on line they send you 5 emails to confirm you drive 30 to get to them, they cannot find the app then say that app is to call and make an app. but it is ok they will let me sit in their conference room on my phone and make the call, it took the reception 20 min and 4 tries with my name to tell me this. It is pretty sad when people cannot even make apps for you. then another 30 min home, and my issues are still not taken care of.
