Will cut your power bill I've had my roof for a year and half. I got quotes from other places and Keith offer more thorough work for about the same price. Quick and professional and they clean up. He located an area from the roof to the back porch that needed extra work and asked if he could fix it. No extra charge. My new roof has cut my power bill by 1/3. Winter and Summer. No Muss no Fuss I had a new roof installed by Keith Stern Roofing about three years ago. I had several estimates and while this bid was not the least expensive Mr. Stern seemed knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. In addition, his promise to be in on Tuesday and out by Wednesday when all of the others advised that it might drag out over the week was enough to sell me.
