Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to work with me, find discounts, and get my rates way down from my previous insurance provider. Would highly recommend Shrider's Insurance for any/all of your insurance needs. I will definitely be following-up with Tyler/Shrider's for any additional insurance policies needed in the future. Really starting to dislike the whole thing with not answering the phone during normal business hours that aren't even lunch hours
Anytime we need information they always guide us to what we need. We've had a couple of claims, and unlike our old insurance company they were right there yo handle the situation in a very timely manner.
Shelly is a very sweet person. I get embarrassed sometimes because I call her everytime I get something from State Farm. Cause she explains it to me so good to where I can understand it!!! She’s more then happy to help me everytime!!!
