Very nice and polite atmosphere. The experience from checking in to Dr. Birchard was great.
Man, he was fantastic! I genuinely felt like he was hearing what I was saying and finding ways to help me out, he didn’t brush me off or say “yeah you’ll be fine off you go” I was very nervous going in but he totally eased my nerves and made me feel better. He even found two hand therapists close to me so that I could heal faster!! He made my experience great and I am very glad to have had him as my Doctor! Dr. Birchard was both personable and professional on my recent visit. He has performed two surgeries on my right hand to correct areas of difficulty. Plan of care following surgery was thorough; complete hand function was restored. Highly recommend ! Cyndi Cooley
After falling and breaking a couple of bones in my hand while on vacation, I was able to call and get an appointment for the day after we returned. The staff were very helpful in the process of getting the medical records, etc.. Dr. Birchard was very thorough, answered all my questions and gave me good care. I would definitely recommend Oly Ortho.
