Dr. Leitzen is awesome! He makes sure you are comfortable and explains everything he’s doing (if that’s something you like). He has done multiple procedures on me and the experience is consistently positive.
In this day and age where you call to make an appointment using HMO and then passed to another doctor, expections are tepid at best. Boy. Was I supposed this time. Nice and efficient patient care with explainable treatment options made available without any prying. So refreshing
Dr Leitzen is by far the best ENT I have seen. He is the only one I would let do a procedure on me, He is in high demand because he is such a great doctor that can help with complex issues. If you need to be seen for say and earache or other minor concern you can see someone else in his office or a PA.
The only reason I gave him one star is because you can't give him 0 stars. There's no interest in helping people. No sense if you have a ear infection, I need him to look at it because he's a specialist and you can't get in for 2 months terrible.
