I have had multiple issues with this office and State Farm home office in getting checks mailed to me. A refund check for policy cancelation was supposed to me mailed to me. Policy cancelled end of February. Called office was advised check was mailed. Still no check. Made a special trip into the office as I no longer live close this was a 45 min drive.
