Dr. explained to me the results of the ultrasound and it made feel at ease and eliminated my concerns.
This was my first visit with this provider. From the time I entered the offices, until the time I left, everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. I did not have any waiting time at all. Preliminaries performed; explanations of services; doctor examine, diagnosis, and suggested path forward. Next steps are mine.

While arriving to my appointments, I have encountered patients on the elevators in conversation about their experiences. They were very pleased with the service provided for their treatment plan, and how comfortable they felt. Everyone was saying SHE's the best, during their entire procedure she explained everything well, made them feel at ease and how much they love her and the Dr. Nichols. They also stated, Dr. Nichols was the best doctor and he has such a caring personality. As a patient I totally agree

Dr Nichols and all his staff give you excellent service and I was very impressed today after my follow up visit for a procedure I had done. They are all polite and explain everything they do. It also is a very clean place.
