I went in Sept. 2025 to get a tooth pulled. Oct. 2025 I was still pulling fragments out of my mouth. The older man was extremely rough while he was pulling my tooth out. I received messages saying that I was over due for a cleaning. Well today 7/14/26 I went to a different dental office and needless to say the reason my mouth still hurts is because I still have some sort of fragments left in my mouth. Now I will be out of more money because I have to have oral surgery. This is really sad.
The dentist didn't do a good job with my husband's dentures so he can't even wear them. He mentioned needing to remove extra bone and never did that either. He didn't even remember my husband and what he was coming to the office to have done. He mistaken my husband with other patients there and what he was there tonhave done. He never seemed to listen to my husband's concerns on his visits. The rest of the staff were very professional and friendly. DO NOT GO HERE! they did a root canal. I was supposed To get a crown. I don’t know whose tooth they made the crown for but it didn’t fit me at all. It came off 3 times in the office I’m not sure why they continued to try and force it to stay. It fell out and when I tried To reschedule they would never answer my calls. I went To a different dentist and found out they billed my insurance for things they never did like a cleaning! I never Had a cleaning there!
