We have done business with Keith for 20 years and would not go anywhere else. We have 25 people coming today for 5 days. The washer went out Friday the new one was delivered same day, the refrigerator went out today new one delivered in 30 minutes. I would pay extra for that type of service, but Keith always gives a good deal.
McNeil’s does great things for the community! I had a family in need willing to part with the money they had saved up for Christmas in order to replace their washer and dryer that quit working within days of each other. Called up Keith and explained the situation, he was able to find a used washer and dryer to give to the family without taking from their Christmas! Great guy, great business. Thank you so much!

Our washer went out a couple of days ago and we were in between going to rent one and doing payments or buying one outright. we priced them around at several places & Keith McNeil's had the best offer! We got the most popular washer and of course it was out of stock but no worries they had 3 come in & I got it delivered today! Justin was super respectful & nice and knew what he was doing! will be a returning customer! 5 stars!!!
Our dryer went out on Memorial Day and I went in the next day, picked out my new set, and within 24 hours, our new washer and dryer were put in! Not only is Keith so helpful and kind, he hires staff that are the same! I’ve never been more excited to do laundry than I was today! 😉
these guys are the best! I really appreciate yalls help with me purchasing a new washer and installing it! I believe this will be our one and only appliance store now! you guys definitely won my business and I will always recommend you to my family and friends!
A big thanks to everyone for the great work putting the new refrigerator in our motorhome. It wasn't easy but they got it done!
