With the aid of good staff, procedures go smoothly. Dr. A makes sure I am completely numb before proceeding, even if it takes a little while (It has always taken me longer than most to go numb). Dr. A is gentle and his assistants are efficient. Though, I have only been seen by one of several hygienists, I'm thoroughly happy with her work. The front office staff is courteous, both on the phone and in person. They even helped out with my son (toddler) when I found it necessary to take him to my appointment.
