I had a terrible experience with Ochsner in the past with a dermatologist. I was insulted, demeaned, my 30 years as a critical care trained paramedic scoffed at for asking basic questions that should be asked by all pts. I’ve even withheld payment to ochsner with the stipulation that they address my complaints first. Not one peep, follow up or question. Ocshner DOES NOT care about patient experience.
