Dismissive with scans that I showed him and I received an unknown bill from his office that his billing office could not account for. And now I'm being contacted by a debt collector. His office is fraudulent. His services are in network but the equipment is out of network so you get hit with a huge double bill. Noone in his office warns you that you will be charged twice.
