My relatively new AC went out and parts were not readily available. This was during a hot and humid time. They sent great technicians who were friendly, easy to work with. The office provided excellent customer service. They also came out and brought portable AC units to get me by. Highly reommended to use Keith Key Heaing and Air.

We have been without AC for about 2 years because a company told us that it would be thousands of dollars to replace a part. Austin, from Keith Key Heating and Air, came out today to help us just to get it operational, and ended up getting it running cold again. Cannot give enough praise. Saved us tons of money and just in time for the summer heat. When it comes time to replace this old system, we will definitely hire Keith Key.
After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I am deeply disappointed by a recent experience regarding a simple HVAC routine service call. During the service, the technician (Justin) flipped the breaker in the off postion to check the outside unit while he worked on the unit, when he flipped it back on the breaker failed. I asked if he had one in his truck to replace it, while he offered to replace it, prices were never discussed (my mistake) I was later shocked to find a $185 charge for a $40 part and labor that I could ... read more
