After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I am deeply disappointed by a recent experience regarding a simple HVAC routine service call. During the service, the technician (Justin) flipped the breaker in the off postion to check the outside unit while he worked on the unit, when he flipped it back on the breaker failed.
