After receiving a clearly erroneous bill and fighting with their aggressive and rude billing department, Capone acted like he had solved the problem in a Facebook post. But in reality, they refuse to stop harassing us and keep sending new bills. Reading other reviews online, this is obviously a very common problem with Capone's office. Check your bills!

The parents were addressed briefly via facebook, as that is the platform they chose to use to state their grievance and present a defaming personal comment. An invitation was extended to discuss the matter further. The physican involved personally spoke to the parents apologizing for the error in billing and for the perceived rudeness of the billing department. This is not "a very common problem with Dr. Capone's office" and we welcome reasonable discussion anytime regarding bills. Thank you
Capone's office billed my wife and I for three days of "In-Hospital Medical Visits". Two of those days we were never visited by anyone at Capone's office. It's only a $209 bill, but the principle is important. Our son was born on a Monday at 10:10pm at the Oschner Baptist. We never received a visit from Dr Keith Capone or anyone at his office on Monday or Tuesday. We did receive a visit from Dr Amy Fakier Wednesday morning. I apologized to the parents for the error in billing and their unpleasant encounter with the billing department after they chose to air their grievances on facebook, and add an egregious defamatory remark about one of the physicians of Lake Vista Pediatrics. It was made clear that Lake Vista Pediatrics would not discuss such issues on facebook. A corrected claim was provided to the insurance company and no monies were requested from the parents until the claim was processed.
Dr. Capone is very knowledgeable and possesses an excellent bedside manner. When he exits the exam room, you will feel confident and well informed on his prognosis. Dr. Capone is working on his second generation of patients within my entire family. We've been very fortunate to have him.
Dr. Keith is an excellent physician. He is professional, extremely personable, listens, & doesn't rush through the examination. Our family appreciates his dedication and feels very lucky to have his as our granddaughter's pediatrician.
Best Pediatrician out there! I travel from the Northshore to see him. Absolutely, love him! We've been seeing Dr. Capone since my son was 2, he is now 8. My son is extremely comfortable with Dr. Capone, definitely a plus. He answers every question I have and never rushes me. It may take awhile to see him, but it is so worth it.
