Keith took payment of $1,750 in February. He was supposed to complete a tax assessment for me in a timely manner. It’s now July and he still hasn’t prepared it. I’ve called and emailed multiple times. He has refused to issue a refund and keeps saying he will get everything to me tomorrow. He's been saying this for months.
