Just had a wonderful experience at Keith Jewelers! Got a great antique pocket watch. The guy behind the counter was really helpful.

Very rude. the woman that answered the phone was extremely unpleasant. I called to see if they did appraisals. She finally passed me off to someone else, and he wasnt to pleasant either. I WONT be going there!
Had some crap gold and silver at home and priced it at several other Jewelers! They all offered me 60-70 percent of what I got here. Plus it was all laughs with the owners wife while I was being waited on by "billy", the owner! A great deal!! BB
I recently purchased a custom ring from Keith Jewelers and I just love it and I am very happy with the service I received from the owner and his wife. I have shopped at Keith's for 15 years and have never had a problem with the merchandise or how I was treated. They are very down to earth and will bend over backwards to help a customer out, doing many small things for free. I would recommend them to any one.
I brought in a necklace to sell the heavy set guy was very rude and was just making us feel unwelcome. He basically laughed at what I brought in. Told him i was going to leave a bad review online he told me to go ahead. Will never go there again. It looks like I'm not the only one who had a rude experience either
I called just to ask a question and spoke with 2 very rude employees. Needless to say, I wouldn't set foot in their store due to the way I was treated over the phone. If they speak to potential customers rudely over the phone, I'd hate to find out what they're like in person.
