Excellent Doctor, Expertise and really cares.
My mother did not like her experience with this physician. He was not considerate and compassionate to the pain she was in.
He is thorough and he explained everything in a way that I could understand clearly. He is simply the best in my opinion.
Dr Luper was cordial and competent. And convenient! He took care of a big toe that was making closed-toe shoes impossible to wear because of pain. Almost a week later I’m free of pain. Both big toes had ingrown nails, and he worked on both. I’m very pleased with the results!
