Had a flat tire. Dropped off the rim right at closing time. I drove on it a bit so I knew it was garbage. They took it apart to assess the tire and confirmed it was no good. (They did this after closing time.) They called me at 5:45 well after closing. Gave me a couple options. Then had it replaced by 10 am the next day. Amazing service.

I visited Keith & Herb Alignment & Brake at 137 Idylwyld Drive North, Saskatoon to get a loose tire repaired. They told me to wait 30 minutes. When I returned, they handed me the repaired tire and said, “You can put it back on yourself — we don’t have time.” When I told them this wasn't proper service, they became aggressive and threatening. Sept. 11/24 We would like to give a 5-star review for Keith & Herb Tire and Auto Service. We contacted them to do an out-of-province inspection after having done the original inspection with a shop in the Sutherland Saskatoon area that has been in business for 50 years. This Sutherland shop passed everything except the alignment, which failed, and we were quoted with deferred work of approximately $3,300 to correct the alignment problem, after an alignment and some front-end work was done in Ontario two weeks prior.
