For the first time this was a good experience. Nothing special but timely and completed. This is a first, other visits were all about upselling tires! The tires on this new car were junk. All four had to be replaced withing 8 months. Michelin or Hyundia would do nothing!! Very disapointing! I will NEVER buy another new Hyundia or Michelin tire!
We encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience at Hyundai Gastonia. Despite driving for 1.5 hours to have the original rear window replaced, the service department declined to perform the repair, stating they do not handle glass replacements and lacked knowledge regarding the insurance process. Charles D. was a joy to work with. He was knowledgeable about all of the features of the Hyundai Tucson Limited and was super cool to work with. No pressure & easy going. The receptionist was super nice too. Highly recommend you visit these folks.
