I was really shocked at how nice I was treated by Tatiana Harris and Cayden Trull, because when I told Cayden that I was not going to buy from them he got very defensive and upset with me when I told him why I was not going to purchase from his dealership he argued with me the whole conversation, instaed of being polite and nice towards me, he kept getting upset , and finally hung up on me without any warning, so if this is the type of sales people this dealership has , I am not suprised that they get many bad reviews. We had a great experience at Keith Hawthorne Hyundai. They were further away from our home but we chose them so to their excellent reputation. Our salesman Charles was great from start to finish. We drove him nuts but he went above and beyond to ensure that we got the car that we wanted at a price that we felt comfortable with. Best experience by far buying a car from them.
