My dealership experience when purchasing my preowned Silverado was phenomenal. As you’d expect it to be. However when I sent my fiancé to get the oil changed and ask about an issue the truck was having. Rick dismissed her stating it’s just there for a service. What kind of professionalism is this? Good place to buy a car, but what the sales people tell you and what their service department actually does are 2 different things. They'll sale you a LIFE TIME POWER TRAN WARRANTY but according to their service department its not life time its 3 yrs and good luck trying to argue with them about it, they'll just bullshit you all day.
