If I could give zero I would. I have taken my trucks to this dealership for years spent thousands have maintenance and repairs done. I had belt squeak, asked them to check the pulleys and make sure the water pump was not leaking. Service advisor straight to my face the water pump on 5.0s don't go bad. I was charged 500 for belts and labor. The next day my belt was squeaking again, I called and they said it needed to break in. Attempting to get our Bronco recall work performed here. We were told 3 to 3.5 hours to fix the issue, showed up to the dealership and were told 8 hours and that they may not be able to finish it that day. Mind you, this is a safety related issue with the vehicle and they recommended we not drive it. When asked if we would be provided a courtesy car for the weekend, they said no but that we could pay them to rent a car??? This was after the car was already in the back for service.
