They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
