Good Appointment Dr. Gjebre is a wonderful dentist and has been wonderful to my children.
The dentist is wonderful. The staff, however, is incredibly rude. They took my son back but then took two families back before my daughter. We were 10 minutes early for the appointments. They are very petty and unprofessional. I think the staff is who you deal with way more than the Dr. and they make me not want to come back again.
He does cleanings but sent our child to children’s hospital to have a filling done because he “doesn’t feel comfortable doing children’s fillings”... what???? Your a children’s dentist. I wouldn’t have given him our business for two children all these years for the trivial stuff like cleanings if I knew he was going to be afraid to do real dental work. Don’t pretend to be a dentist if you don’t feel comfortable doing the job.
Dr Keith Gjebre is awesome! Both of my children have been patients of Dr Gjebre. He is great with kids and his staff is as well. His waiting room has a mini basketball court. They all hep kids relax when a trip to the dentist can be scary for kids.
Dr Gjebre is a awesome pediatric dentist My kids have been going to De Gjebre for years. I am so glad that I found him. All of his staff are awesome. They take great care with all kids when they are being seen.
Works well with the children to elevate their concerns/fears. Caring provider to younger patents. Spends time explaining the process and easing concerns.
