Love this place it saved my life....since being a member I have lost weight not only physical but mental as well...
Love the outdoor pool, and the staff is amazing!!
Calling on the phone for information I usually get a friendly voice and the info I'm seeking. Going to work out same thing. Visiting the Waterpark, not so friendly. Lifeguards are rude, no consistency with the rules. Some are kid friendly but most are whistle happy power abusers in my opinion. My nephew had been in the pool for over 3 hours with "dri fit" shorts which are appropriate when told by the Aquatics manager, director whatever the title she wanted us to know told him he could no longer swim unless he purchased trunk... read more
They are not friendly. No-one says anything as you walk onto the fitness floor. The front desk people say hello. But they're often overwhelmed by the number of people in line.
