Had a good workout less crowded than some YMCA I've been to.

I have been a Y member for several years. This new year change to classes is disappointing. These cookie cutter classes that never change, moves or music, are dull. if you attend a class 3 times, you can do it with your eyes closed. I am hoping for a change as I am considering finding a new gym. Kim Slade is the only reason I am hanging on.
I joined the YMCA 5 days ago. So far I have been to 3 classes and have loved it! All instructors are so nice and encouraging. Being overweight brings anxiety to joining group classes but they've been great!! My son has enjoyed the childcare and so have I! So wonderful I can leave him in good hands while we work out. Can't wait until he turns 3 and can get more involved. Also, the woman who gave us our tour made is feel like rockstars for joining. She made me feel like we made the right choice. Thank you!!
