Came in for a CDL physical and got Dr. Mainprize himself conducting the exam. My exam was thorough, professional, and relaxed (which is nice because doctors in general make me nervous). I did not need chiropractic care but would not hesitate to visit Dr. M's office if I did, and will certainly be back next year when my CDL physical needs renewal. Thanks, Dr. Keith!

Came here cause I was involved in a car wreck. Very nice facility and everything is so clean, Dr. Keith Mainprize is so easy to talk to as well! Will most definitely be going back to him for all my chiropractic needs and will also be suggesting him to friends and family from here on out.
