Each staff member that assisted me was very professional, patient. They explained all procedures and let me know what to expect at each step of my visit. They even offered me a w/c when they saw I was having hard time ambulating because of my arthritis! Dr Holmes (as well as staff) listened to me very attentively and never gave me the impression he needed to hurry to see other patients. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend.
