My daughter is a student at WWU and needed to get her Jetta in for an oil change. We were able to get the vehicle in on short notice and they were able to have it back to us by the end of the day. They did a thorough inspection on the vehicle as well. Thank Keith Cox. I feel like my daughter (and her car) will be in good hands while she is in Bellingham. GREAT group to work with. I have two Audi's they take care of and their knowledge and expertise let's them keep the vehicles running like new. My oldest Audi is an A6 purchased new in 2000 and it has just over 300000 miles and is still a daily driver. The other is an A4 I purchased in Dallas (used) and that took a lot of work, but now is our other daily driver and is used for major 5 to 7 thousand trips as well as another daily driver. Keith Cox is great! I took my previous Volkswagen Golf TDI to them for service over 10 years of ownership, including a timing belt, fuel pump and sticky ignition switch. More recently however, Keith himself helped my girlfriend buy a well maintained single owner Jetta TDI from his used lot. When the plates arrived, they even washed the car again. Would recommend Keith Cox for any type of service or car purchase!
Wow. Every interaction I had with Keith Cox and his associates was not only seamless but very enjoyable. To give you an idea...my partner is a total VW nut (who works on cars for fun) and the VW TDI I purchased from Keith was exactly as he said it was.
