This company inspected my house and did not leave things as they were found . I had no idea sink was leaking upstairs as I had a plumber come day before whom must have caused the leak, the water must have been left on for a long period of time as it caused water damage to my ceiling downstairs. Other things as well but that was a huge problem for me and looked poorly to the new buyers as was no fault of my own
By far the best home inspector our company has used. Keith holds a wealth of knowledge that you will find VERY beneficial when completing the inspection process of your home purchase. Keith also provides a detailed report with numerous pictures within 24 hours (If not sooner) of completing the inspection.
Missed a bunch of plumbing issues with my new home. Cost me almost $1000 to get them fixed. this all happened within 24hrs of moving in. Every drain in the house leaked. He may have a cheap price compared to other home inspectors but I guess you get what you pay for.
