I was thoroughly pleased with the excellent service from this plumbing business in Anaheim! Terrence explained the problem and cost, quickly pinpointing and fixing the leak. His professionalism was first-rate. The charges were reasonable - they generously provided a free first evaluation of the problem, on top of offering vouchers and markdowns. Ezra, who was the first to respond to my call, was very friendly. I rang them up at 8:45 and Terrence was at my location within the hour.
My experience with Collins Brothers Plumbers was excellent. I was able to secure a speedy appointment on the very same day to address a malfunctioning sump pump. The plumber, Brian, was well equipped and extremely knowledgeable. Although he wasn't able to replace the pump on a Sunday, he promptly resumed the task by 7 am on Monday.
